Due to COVID, we have adjusted our operations to protect our clients. Office hours are by appointment only. During scheduled office visits and in-person property viewings, we ask that: You wear a face mask, maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet between you and others and refrain from unnecessary touching of surfaces and items in the office or property. Agents will provide face masks and hand sanitizer upon request.

In an effort to promote the health and safety of both Owners and Renters, we have instituted the following cleaning and disinfecting practices at all of our properties: All properties will be professionally cleaned conforming to CDC recommended guidance immediately prior to sale or rental. The fee for professional cleaning of the property will be paid for by the Owner/ Seller. Renters vacating a property must provide documentation that a certified professional cleaning company has performed a thorough cleaning conforming to CDC recommendations. Documentation must be provided at the time of move out or Renter will be charged a cleaning fee.

To protect Owner interests and assets, Belmont Property Group has a thorough screening process which includes a detailed previous residential information history on the application, credit check, criminal background search, and proof of income and employment.
Maintenance requests must be submitted in writing. Renters in need of making a maintenance request can fill out a request form in the Portal. Log in and select the Maintenance Request Form (MRF) in the dropdown menu.

If there is an emergency, call our 24-hour answering service and provide a detailed description of the emergency. Emergency maintenance and repairs are available 24-7.
Contact us to schedule an in-person property tour with an Agent *. Appointments are available during normal business hours- Monday through Friday starting at 9 am and ending at 5 pm. Arrangements for Saturday showings can be made starting at 8 am and ending at 4 pm. Weekday evening appointments are limited and based on Agent availability.

Create an account to conduct a Virtual Tour. Once you have created an account, log in through the Portal. View the properties that are available and select the listing you are interested in, then click the Virtual Tour icon. Properties are updated on a daily basis.

Applicants must complete a Belmont Property Group application with accurate information containing prior rental history and references and provide valid identification. Supporting documentation may be needed to verify the income requirement and background investigation.

Once your documentation has been received, processing time takes approximately 5 to 7 days. For properties with HOAs or condominium associations it may take longer due to their administrative processes.
